Cancellation Policy

Reservations
The Hotel recommends that advance reservations be made in order to ensure availabilityof check in and other arrival procedures.
The offer does not guarantee the availability of accommodation but any request during heavily booked periods will be treated with priority. Official Company Voucher or LPO duly approved must support all reservations made.

Changes To Offer
This offer can only be changed or terminated in writing within 30 days notice.
Incase of force majeure or in the event of additional Taxes and levies imposed by the government the hotel reserves the right to amend the rates accordingly.

Payments
Guests benefiting from the present offer must settle their bills upon departure using cash, travelers’ cheque, or accepted credit cards.Company or personal cheques are not accepted by the hotel except by prior arrangement.The present offer does not constitute a credit facility.

Disclaimer
In the vent of any act over which the hotel has no control (which shall include any directive from the government of Kenya) preventing the hotel from complying in all or part with its obligations under this offert, then the hotel shall be exonerate from liability whilst such event(s) pertain. However the hotel will endeavor to make all reasonable efforts to find alternative accommodation.

Non– Arrivals
In the event of No Show without Cancellation in writing 14 days prior to day of arrival, one night accommodations shall be charged.

Advanced Deposit And Payment

(1) Upto 6 Rooms
10% on confirmation
Further 40% not less than one month prior to arrival.
Further 25% with rooming list (two weeks prior to arrival)
Final 25% prior to or on arrival
Grand Total 100%

(2) 6 Rooms or more
10% on confirmation
Further 40% not less than two months prior to arrival
Further 25% not less than one month prior to arrival
Final 25% with rooming list
Grand total 100%

Cancellation
(1) Groups up to 6 rooms
Up to one month prior – No Charge
Up to two weeks prior - 50% of total room revenue
Within two weeks prior – 100%

(2) Groups of 6 rooms or more
Up to two months prior – 10% deposit held
Up to one month prior - 50 % of total revenue
Within one month prior - 100%

Evaluation
Towards the end of each calendar year the volume of business of each company will be evaluated in comparison to the expected number of room nights produced.
The company will not be liable for any shortfall in business volume, however the hotel reserves the right not to renew the present offer and / or to do so based on the lower volume, for preferential corporate rate the following year.
